Great staff and location!

The staff are super friendly and helped us out when we had issues with our room. The breakfast spread was impressive—lots of choices! Only thing was the room description could be clearer. A bit of a walk to the center, but we didn’t mind that after dinner.

Sleek rooftop bar offers breathtaking views and is a true gem, while the comprehensive breakfast options included a delightful pancake platter that stood out. The prime location makes accessing attractions a breeze. A slight downside was the limited parking availability during peak hours, which could use an upgrade. But the dedicated staff consistently maintained high service standards, making the stay enjoyable. Will return for the excellent amenities and luxurious comfort.

We loved the beautiful views from the rooftop bar, which made for a perfect evening relaxation spot. The staff was friendly and responsive to our needs, making our trip even more enjoyable.

The stay was enjoyable thanks to the large and comfortable corner room on the 12th floor, offering great views. The restaurant on the top floor impressed with its excellent food, and the proximity to the city center made exploring easy. While the lighting controls took a bit to figure out, the overall experience was satisfying, especially with friendly staff throughout our visit.

Oh man, the rooftop restaurant had some serious shabu-shabu vibes, and don't get me started on that lamb dish called 'YOUNG'—it was totally life-changing! Plus, the staff was super helpful in arranging our trips to nearby gems.

But I will say, the lounge area just felt a bit awkward after 4pm with only a handful of chairs. The rooftop bar could use some cozy lighting, and in-room dining options felt a bit lacking. Oh, and those manual curtains? I woke up at 5:30 am every day—who needs that?

The views during breakfast were stunning, and the rooftop bar was such a chill spot to unwind. The sauna was a perfect bonus, making our family time enjoyable.
